What is your policy for returning and exchanging items?
If we send you something which you did not order we will, of course, immediately replace it at no charge. However, as we print books specifically for you upon receipt of your order, we cannot operate a "sale or exchange" policy for items we supply correctly.
Since items are made up to order we do not want them back if they are incorrect. The only exception is original instruction manuals. In these cases we are able to offer an exchange policy. In such circumstances please email us at sales@otcworld.co.uk.
